Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and efficient transactions at the point of sale. This is a vital role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, and exchanges

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Experience in technology sales or technical knowledge is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient in basic math calculations for accurate cash handling
- Familiarity with stock management procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly checkout area
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
